The programme aims to develop knowledge and skills by; identifying the steps in planning needs assessment, demonstration on how to characterize different audiences, developing the right skills required to be a Trainer, handling difficult attendees and implementing engaging activities and tools.

Overview

An effective trainer has many skills available to them in order to get their message across, understood and retained by those in the room. There is little point in delivering a training session where attendees leave the room at the end of the day and cannot recall the information, either because they did not understand it or because they switched off during the session.
