Train The Trainer is an ILM Recognised programme of learning, created and delivered by MindShift Consultants for top managers, executives, department heads. The programme aims to develop knowledge and skills by; identifying the steps in planning needs assessment, demonstration on how to characterize different audiences, developing the right skills required to be a Trainer, handling difficult attendees and implementing engaging activities and tools.
